Eligibility for a Refund:

  • Event Cancellation: Full refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled by artiz due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Illness or Emergency: Participants who are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency may request a refund, subject to providing appropriate documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process:

  • Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted via the official website or email, with the participant’s name, registration details, and reason for the refund.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the request during business working hours.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
